From the outset we found Matthew and Ben to be exceedingly patient, knowledgeable and communicative, as they went out of their way to advise us on how the various properties we were interested in could be extended and how much these projects would cost.  When we finally bought a property, it was clear to us who we would hire to undertake the work on our house and at no point in the process did we ever regret our decision.  Matthew and Ben assembled an exceptional team of professionals who are courteous as well as efficient.  They worked cleanly and efficiently to a very high standard. 

We were not easy clients to deal with as we had spent three years hammering out the details of what we wanted from overseas, nevertheless, Matthew and Ben persevered and never showed signs of losing patience with us!  They listened to our concerns and were full of suggestions and ideas that were in line with our ‘vision’.  I really felt that the company excelled my expectations completely in the way in which it handled our snagging issues quickly and without reservation.
